YEREVAN, November 9. /ARKA/. ArmenTel telecommunications company (trading as Beeline) said Friday it had opened its new sales and service office at 26, Komitas street in the capital Yerevan.

The subscribers earlier applying for assistance in the office located at 30, Gyulbenkyan can now be served at the new office on Komitas street. The new sales and service office will work every day from 09:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays- from 09:00 to 18:00. The office offers broad varieties of services, such as network connection, payment for calls, call detail records, etc.

According to ArmenTel CEO Igor Klimko, on the occasion of VimpelCom’s 6th anniversary of operation in Armenia, ArmenTel announced on launching a new project targeted at improving customer service.

“Beginning from November 2012 we are opening new sales and service offices, as well as moderating the existing ones. We believe, it will help the company to be closer to the clients, and successfully satisfy the growing demands for Beeline services,” he said.

As of 8 November 2012 there are two sales and service offices on Komitas avenue: 26, Komitas and 56, Komitas, the company reports.

Overall the company runs 82 sales and service offices across the country, of them 24 are located in the capital.
