YEREVAN, May 27. /ARKA/. At a meeting on Wednesday, the Armenian government decided to simplify the procedure for issuing permits for the construction of data centers for artificial intelligence.

According to the decision, during the state comprehensive review of urban planning documentation, an expert opinion can be provided before the completion of the environmental impact assessment for the construction project.

The government notes that this will accelerate and simplify the construction of data centers for artificial intelligence in Armenia.
