YEREVAN, August 3. /ARKA/. As of August 2, 2026, 2,447 quotas for zero-duty imports of electric vehicles remain unused in Armenia, according to the State Revenue Committee.

According to the State Revenue Committee, the remaining quota for dealer-distributors is 1,283 electric vehicles. According to the agency, this category of importers has used 57% of its allocated quota.

For entities other than dealer-distributors, 1,164 quotas remain unused. In this category, 90% of the allocated quota has already been used.

The exemption applies to electric passenger vehicles included in the list of goods under the Unified Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

The State Revenue Committee noted that, due to the use of 90% of the quota by entities other than dealers and distributors, information on its remaining balance will be published more frequently.
