Armenia and India agreed to expand cooperation in AI and high technology
YEREVAN, July 31. /ARKA/. First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia Gevorg Mantashyan and Indian Ambassador to Armenia Nilakshi Saha Sinha discussed prospects for expanding Armenian-Indian cooperation in high technology, AI, and the military-industrial complex.

According to the ministry's press service, Mantashyan highly praised Sinha's contribution to the development of bilateral relations, particularly in high technology and the defense industry. He noted that the parties' joint work has yielded practical results and concrete agreements.

The ambassador, in turn, noted Armenia's potential in high technology and artificial intelligence, stating that the country has the potential to occupy a prominent place on the global technological map.

The parties also discussed intensifying B2B contacts between private companies in the two countries, as well as the participation of Armenian and Indian technology companies in industry conferences and professional events in Armenia and India.

The meeting took place on July 30, marking the completion of the ambassador's diplomatic mission in Armenia.
