The ArMath in the Air educational UAV-lab will open on October 28 at Vardenis High School in Gegharkunik region of Armenia, the press service of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) said.

YEREVAN, October 27. /ARKA/. The ArMath in the Air educational UAV-lab will open on October 28 at Vardenis High School in Gegharkunik region of Armenia, the press service of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) said.

The lab will be named after Khachik Poghosyan, who was killed in the 44-day war and was awarded the 1st degree Order of the Battle Cross and the Medal for Combat Service.

Its opening is financed by a charitable foundation established by Khachik Poghosyan's parents after his death.

Gegharkunik region is located in the eastern part of Armenia and borders with Azerbaijan. On September 13-15 a number of settlements of the region along with Syunik and Vayots Dzor were subjected to armed aggression by Azerbaijani Armed Forces. --0--
