ArmenTel expands 3G coverage in North of Armenia

ArmenTel (branded as Beeline) has announced about launching 3G mobile network in Odzun village of Lori region, Armenia, the company’s press office reported.
YEREVAN, November 6. /ARKA/. ArmenTel (branded as Beeline) has announced about launching 3G mobile network in Odzun village of Lori region, Armenia, the company’s press office reported.
As from November 2013 the villagers have got access to high-speed 3G service, including 3G internet.
The company has also improved GSM coverage in the village, according to the report.
Installation of modern equipment helped increase the 3G coverage by approximately 30 square kilometers and over 5,000 people received access to Beeline’s 3G Internet services.
In August ArmenTel expanded its mobile network in Siunik region of Armenia, having increased the coverage by another 22 square kilometers and providing full access to Beeline 3G Internet for residents of Khnatsakh and Vahatur rural communities. In late October 3G network was launched in Mikhaylovka and Privolnoye villages, Lori region of Armenia.–0--
