According to the press release of Beeline Armenia, it has become possible to offer this service thanks to the telecommunication company and Nikita Mobile CJSC’s cooperation with EKENG CJSC, the only certification center in Armenia. The new service allows making identification in social networks and signing documents by using Mobile ID without a card-reading devise. The service also makes it possible to conclude all deal online, just by using a mobile phone. “The launch of Mobile ID is a significant event not only to Beeline, but also to the entire Armenia,” CEO of Beeline in Armenia Andrey Pyatakhin is quoted in the press release. “This is another step toward more transparent, convenient and fast relations among citizens, the government and business people. The launch of the service will contribute to improvement of Armenia’s positions in regional and world ratings, such as the World Bank’s Doing Business and the UN E-Government Development Index.” The service allows carrying out online deals with ensuring security to personal data and the deals.
