Armen Darbinyan, the head of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University and a former prime minister of Armenia, has been elected as a member of ArmenTel (Beeline trademark) company’s board of directors. The university and the company’s press offices confirmed this information.

The university and the company’s press offices confirmed this information.
“Armen Darbinyan was elected by ArmenTel’s shareholders to the company’s board of directors in mid-May,” said Anush Begloyan, ArmenTel’s press secretary.
ArmenTel CJSC, a subsidiary of Russian VimpelCom (trading as Beeline), provides fixed and mobile telecommunication services and a high-speed access to Internet. -0---
