YEREVAN, May 7. /ARKA/. Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan discussed prospects for cooperation in high technology, smart solutions, and digital infrastructure with Omran Sharaf, UAE Undersecretary of State for Advanced Science and Technology at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the ministry's press service, the meeting took place as part of the 3rd Yerevan Dialogue International Forum.

Hayrapetyan presented Armenia's high-tech policy and industry development priorities, emphasizing the importance of expanding cooperation with international partners.

The parties discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation, including the development of smart cities, digital infrastructure, and data centers.

Sharaf presented the UAE's experience in implementing smart solutions at the federal and local government levels.

During the meeting, the importance of implementing innovative technologies, including autonomous systems and modern digital solutions, was also noted.

The parties confirmed their readiness to continue dialogue and deepen cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
