The names of the heads of government of Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan have also been removed from the list of participants in the strategic session.
The Russian publication FederalPress, citing a source, reported that Pashinyan's visit was announced the day before, necessitating an adjustment to the schedule of events involving high-ranking guests. While no official confirmation of Pashinyan's participation was provided, ARKA requested a comment from the press service of the Armenian government.
According to the Innopolis program, participants in the strategic session will discuss "the formation of innovative and human-oriented production systems."
The International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom-2026" will be held in Yekaterinburg from July 6 to 9, 2026, at the Yekaterinburg-Expo IEC.
