The Road Department of Armenia encourages citizens to report defects on national and interstate roads via the Arm Roads Info mobile app.
YEREVAN, June 19. /ARKA/. The Road Department of Armenia encourages citizens to report defects on national and interstate roads via the Arm Roads Info mobile app.
"If you have identified defects on national or interstate roads in the Republic of Armenia, you can report them to the responsible officials via the Arm Roads Info mobile app, and they will be corrected as soon as possible," the department said in a statement.
The Arm Roads Info app is available in the Play Market and App Store. It includes a trilingual user manual.
To report a defect, enable geolocation on the relevant section of the road, take and attach a photo, add a comment and email, and then tap "Confirm."
The app also functions as an information platform: users can receive notifications about ongoing construction work, road conditions, and detours.
