YEREVAN, October 4. / ARKA /. There is a steady growing demand for queue management systems (QMS) in the country and the bulk of customers are local banks and financial institutions, Tatevik Gharibyan, Limetech Sales Manager, told ARKA today.
"We have been manufacturing business automation systems since our inception in 2008. Today, we offer the queue management systems which are a relatively new phenomenon in Armenia used mostly by banks," she said.
Gharibian noted that QMS are wanted also by telecom operators, insurance companies, service centers of a number of state agencies, embassies and health facilities.
