YEREVAN, August 19. /ARКА/. The Cyber Police of Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued a warning regarding scams that are disguised as 5G upgrade promotions.

"Employees from mobile companies will never reach out to you asking you to download applications to enhance your connection. 5G upgrades fall into this category as well," the agency emphasizes.

The Cyber Police advised that if anyone pressures you to download apps for better connection quality, it is a scam. They urged individuals to cease communication immediately and report the incident to law enforcement.-0-
