YEREVAN, August 14. /ARKA/. VivaCell-MTS opened special booth-service centers in all the ten stations of the Yerevan Metro named after Karen Demirchyan, the press service of the company reported.

“The subscribers have access to the company's service centers in the subway stations at a more convenient time, and they will receive high quality service, as well as detailed advice on matters about the mobile services," the report states.

"The opening of the service centers in the metro stations is yet another innovative solution from VivaCell-MTS, whose main priority is to meet the customers’ standards. Thanks to this, the mobile communication services will become more accessible to the people, affirming the company's status as the best choice for all. The booths will enable our customers to save their time: the subscribers may walk into our booths on the way to work, University and home, waiting for a train," the press service informed.

Leader in Armenia’s telecommunications market, VivaCell-MTS is a subsidiary of Russia’s MTS (Mobile TeleSystems) mobile operator. The company has a GSM 900/1800 license that expires by end-2019. VivaCell-MTS covers the whole territory of Armenia, offering a wide range of voice and data transmission services.

MTS, Russia’s largest mobile service provider, holds 80% shares of VivaCell-MTS, with the rest of the shares belonging to the Lebanese Fattouch Investment Group. –0-
