We sell emotions, not tour packages. Armenia is a country to love and discover. Emotions are much more important than earning 1000-2000 drams more,’ says Matevos Barseghyan, Founding Director of One Way Group.
According to him, the unlicensed tourism sector leads to unequal competition: high prices repel people, but when you work transparently and pay taxes, you cannot offer a cheap package. And today, anyone can attract and serve tourists through a Facebook page, there is no control. Meanwhile, this is a matter of national security.
