Viva-MTS launches +Chat service

YEREVAN, January 8. /ARKA/. Armenian telecommunications company Viva-MTS has launched the new “+Chat” service to all its “Viva” tariff plan prepaid or postpaid subscribers, who are urged to activate the service and keep in touch using unlimited “Viber”, “WhatsApp”,  “Messenger”, “Telegram”, “Zoom”, “Skype”, “Zangi”, “Snapchat” applications.

To activate the service, they need to send the command *404*1#. Activation price: AMD 500. The status of the service can be checked by sending *404#.
The company said the MBs within subscriber's tariff plan are not consumed when using the “+Chat” service.
The service is available during the 30-day active period of the service packages embedded in the tariff plan for prepaid subscribers; and till the last day of the month (inclusively) for the postpaid subscribers.

In case of insufficient funds on the account balance to activate the service the prepaid subscribers can use the “Recharge+” service.

For postpaid subscribers the service can be activated  if the limit and the  guarantee deposit are sufficient for activation. Additional information can be obtained on the website www.mts.am.
