Revenue from television and radio broadcasting, production, and telecommunications activities amounted to 71,727.8 million drams in January-May 2026, an increase of 5% compared to January-May 2025, according to the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
YEREVAN, July 8. /ARKA/. Revenue from television and radio broadcasting, production, and telecommunications activities amounted to 71,727.8 million drams in January-May 2026, an increase of 5% compared to January-May 2025, according to the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
Moreover, revenue in May amounted to 14,962.8 million drams, 7.1% more than in May 2025 and 2.3% more than in April 2026.
Of this amount, revenue in the telecommunications sector for 5 months amounted to 66,988.3 million drams (an increase of 5.3% compared to 5 months of 2025), from the creation and broadcasting of television programs - 4,035.8 million drams (an increase of 0.7%), and from the creation and broadcasting of radio programs - 703.7 million drams (an increase of 0.8%).
