YEREVAN, December 16. /ARKA/. The Armenian application of augmented and virtual reality Arloopa was downloaded from Google Play more than one million times, the founder and head of X-TECH (application developer) Arman Atoyan said in a Facebook post.

“I have always said that it takes at least 10 years to be successful. In the first 5 years, our application was downloaded by 100 thousand users, and over the last year - more than 900 thousand,” Atoyan said.

He stressed that to ensure the growth of downloads, the company did not use any advertising mechanisms or external injections. He also set a target of 5 million downloads by mid-2021.

X-TECH is one of the leading IT companies in the web, mobile and gaming industries in Armenia, the creator of the successful social startup CityBugs.

ARLOOPA is an augmented reality (AR) application, available in 6 languages - English, Armenian, Russian, German, Spanish and Czech.
