The Cyber ​​Police of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs has warned citizens about fake SMS messages allegedly sent on behalf of government agencies.

YEREVAN, May 21. /ARКА/. The Cyber ​​Police of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs has warned citizens about fake SMS messages allegedly sent on behalf of government agencies.

According to the agency's statement, citizens are being sent mass messages from foreign phone numbers claiming to be from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other government agencies, asking them to perform certain actions.

The Cyber ​​Police urged citizens to ignore such messages.
