Yandex offers Yerevan Mayor's Office new digital public transport services
YEREVAN, February 10. /ARKA/. The head of Yandex Armenia & Georgia Aram Mkhitaryan discussed joint projects and new opportunities with Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan.
“The routes of 54 out of 76 bus routes in Yerevan are already available in Yandex Go app and on Yandex Maps; this list will be finalized soon,” Mkhitaryan wrote in a Facebook post.
He said he introduced to the mayor the programs for 2025, noting that Yandex Armenia is ready to offer data for analysis of electronic timetable, as well as traffic jam correction services based on digitized information from traffic lights, other analytical data.
In his turn, Avinyan noted that the Armenian capital is open for cooperation saying that any project that contributes to the creation of a comfortable and technological Yerevan is important.-0-
