Online platforms of Armenian Migration Service temporarily unavailable due to internet issues
YEREVAN, January 19. /ARKA/. The online platforms of the Migration and Citizenship Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia are currently inaccessible due to damage to fiber optic cables, as stated the agency in an announcement.
Specialists from the internet provider associated with the Migration Service are actively working to rectify the situation.
"Due to a technical malfunction, it is presently not possible to activate the electronic signature, including at the Unified State Services Office located on Vazgen Sargsyan Street," the service indicated.
As per the press release, citizens who have sought consultation can still receive responses to their inquiries as usual.
"Individuals applying for a residence permit are able to sign documents and obtain a card. However, to activate the electronic (digital) signature, they will need to reapply once the system is restored," the Migration Service noted.-0-
