Armenia plans to accelerate the digitalization of the real estate sector
YEREVAN, August 13. /ARКА/. The Cadastre Committee of Armenia will soon present new initiatives for the digitalization of the real estate sector, announced the head of the agency, Suren Tovmasyan.
"The new initiatives will allow for the development of spatial data infrastructure and the introduction of new tools for real estate market analysis," he said at a government meeting on Thursday.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the need for reforms to further develop the real estate market, in particular, the further digitalization of real estate processes and the simplification of transactions.
"We must simplify real estate transactions, but at the same time, we must not reduce their reliability, but rather, improve it," Pashinyan said.-0-
