The Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) have officially launched the Green Tech Academy, establishing Armenia’s first dedicated incubation program for renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency (EE) startups.
