YEREVAN, February 10. /ARKA/. US Vice President J.D. Vance stated that chips unavailable in most countries will be created in Armenia.
"The United States has proudly approved a number of licenses for Nvidia. What does this mean? New markets, new jobs for both the American workforce and companies, as well as for Armenia. These are chips unavailable in most countries, which don't exist and cannot exist. Now they will be created here, and are already being created here, in Armenia," he said at a joint press conference with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Yerevan.
Pashinyan previously announced that permits had been approved for the export of another batch of high-power chips manufactured by Nvidia to Armenia.
