YEREVAN, March 2. /ARKA/. Participants of the Ucom Fellowship Incubation Program, organized for the second year in a row by Impact Hub Yerevan with the support of Ucom, visited Ucom's office, where they met with the company's CEO, Ralph Yirikian, the company's press service reported.

During a discussion on "Effective Management and Leadership," Mr. Yirikian presented his management principles, developed over many years of experience, shared interesting anecdotes, and answered questions from the participants.

The visit was part of the year-long Ucom Fellowship program. During this time, individual training sessions, mentoring sessions, and opportunities for establishing various forms of collaboration were organized. The goal of this transformational program is to support a new generation of Armenian entrepreneurs—green innovators developing technological solutions for environmental sustainability, including in the fields of green energy, agritech, ecotourism, and the circular economy.

"As a green company, Ucom places great importance on initiatives aimed at environmental preservation and sustainable development. We believe that innovative technologies can play a key role in creating green solutions, and we are pleased to support entrepreneurs and innovators whose ideas contribute to shaping a more sustainable and environmentally responsible future for Armenia," noted Ucom CEO Ralph Yirikian.

"For Impact Hub Yerevan, it is crucial to equip our program participants not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical experience. This face-to-face meeting with Ralph Yirikian was an exceptional opportunity for the program participants. "This kind of experience exchange is crucial for our green innovators, helping them see the growth potential of their startups and transform their ideas into sustainable businesses with a large-scale impact," said Impact Hub Yerevan Program Director TJ Chgleyan.

Ten ideas were selected for participation in the initiative, including Eco Habit, a project to create durable carpets from recycled nylon tights; Bee Green, a manufacturer of reusable food packaging made from beeswax; SeElabUS, an AI-powered educational platform; and other innovative ideas.

Upon completion, the teams will present the products developed during their participation in the program, and the best project will receive a financial award for its implementation.
