Team Telecom Armenia to act as technological partner for Science Week
YEREVAN, September 18. /ARKA/. For a duration of six days, Armenia will transform into a hub of science and technology: from September 30 to October 5, Team Telecom Armenia will organize the "Science Week: Armenia 2025" event as part of its technological partnership, as reported by the company's press service.
This year, Armenia's most significant event focused on promoting science and technology will operate under the theme "Developing through Science." The event is expected to draw over 50,000 attendees, including around 300 schools and kindergartens from Yerevan and various regions of Armenia.
"Science and technology are pivotal to the nation's advancement and can unveil new opportunities for both personal and collective growth. We are delighted to play a role in fostering a robust connection between youth, science, and technology, as well as in nurturing innovative thinking," stated Hayk Yesayan, CEO of Team Telecom Armenia.
The event is being organized by the "Power of Science" initiative. Tigran Shahverdyan, a proactive member of the "Power of Science" initiative, remarked: "We are thrilled that Science Week: Armenia is uniting society for the second consecutive year, showcasing how science and technology can be both popular and engaging for the youth, while highlighting their essential role in the security and development of Armenia."
The centerpiece of the program will be the Science Festival, scheduled to occur in Freedom Square. Prominent figures from Armenia's government, academic, educational, technological, and creative sectors will be in attendance.
Once again participating in this scientific and technological celebration this year, Team Telecom Armenia will supply all necessary technological and communication infrastructure for the festival and, in collaboration with the "Power of Science" initiative, will present awards to the school and kindergarten that exhibit the highest level of engagement in the decentralized events of "Science Week: Armenia."
