Team Telecom Armenia, in collaboration with imID, has introduced a new feature designed to enhance the speed and convenience of customer service.
YEREVAN, September 5. /ARKA/. Team Telecom Armenia, in collaboration with imID, has introduced a new feature designed to enhance the speed and convenience of customer service.
Now, subscribers of Team with Mobile ID can reach the call center by dialing 100 and authenticate themselves by entering their Mobile ID password. This advancement eliminates the need for them to present a passport or any other personal information during the call. The identification process takes only seconds, providing not only time efficiency but also optimal data security.
The software was entirely developed by Team Solutions, a member of the Team group of companies, in partnership with imID, a provider of digital identification and trust services in Armenia, facilitating the integration of this innovative solution into the call center system.
"Our goal is to make the use of Team services as comfortable and reliable as possible for each subscriber. With this new feature, we can deliver prompt service without requiring additional personal data. The identification process is managed by imID, ensuring not only swift service but also complete protection of our subscribers' personal information. This initiative saves time for our subscribers and enhances service efficiency," stated Lilit Arushanyan, Customer Service Director at Team Telecom Armenia.
