Team – 5G partner of J.Lo concert: the company’s newest network also launched in the center of Yerevan
YEREVAN, August 4. /ARКА/. The 'hottest' concert evening of this summer with Team Telecom Armenia: the company, having become the official 5G partner of Jennifer Lopez's concert, announced the launch of a 5G network also in the center of Yerevan, the company's press service reported.
Thousands of Team subscribers at the Vazgen Sargsyan Stadium in Yerevan were able to enjoy the concert thanks to the latest network, feeling the speed outside the game. The company's 5G network is already available in the administrative districts of Erebuni, Nubarashen and Shengavit, and after its launch in the city center, it will cover 47% of Yerevan.
The construction of the latest network is carried out using state-of-the-art equipment and technologies from the global technology giant Ericsson. This year, Team Telecom Armenia signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with the leading manufacturer.
“We are actively upgrading the mobile network and introducing new technologies throughout Armenia. As a result of consistent work, we have already provided access to the 5G network in almost half of the capital’s territory, giving subscribers the opportunity to use the most advanced mobile technologies, thereby contributing to the dynamic development of the digital environment of our country,” said Team Telecom Armenia CEO Hayk Yesayan.
In parallel with the launch of the 5G network in Yerevan, the modernization of the mobile network continues in the regions of Armenia and on interstate highways.
