Team Group of Companies Takes Stock of 2025 Achievements

2025 was a year of innovation, new partnerships, and sustainable development for Team Group of Companies.
YEREVAN, December 30. /ARKA/. 2025 was a year of innovation, new partnerships, and sustainable development for Team Group of Companies.
Team continued to set new benchmarks in various fields, expanding not only in Armenia but also internationally, the company's press service reported.
"2025 was a year of real progress and bold ideas for Team. We at Team initiated and implemented a number of new projects, expanding both our areas of activity and our geographic reach. At the same time, we continued to effectively implement existing programs, striving to provide those who trust us with high-quality and reliable services and products. 2025 was a year of new beginnings for Team, and I am confident that 2026 will be a year of continued success and effective work," notes Hayk Yesayan, co-founder of Team Group of Companies.
For Team Group, the year was marked by a significant role in Armenia's $500 million technology megaproject, the AI Factory. Group companies are participating in the construction of the region's largest AI Factory, and the Factory will utilize Team Telecom Armenia's communications infrastructure and resources.
At the same time, the company continued to modernize its mobile network throughout the country. The latest 5G network is already available in Armenia's three largest cities—Yerevan, Gyumri, and Vanadzor. Work on upgrading the 4G network also continued effectively, making ultra-fast mobile and internet connections available not only in urban areas but also in rural areas, as well as on interstate highways.
The company also continued construction of a 25 Gbps NGN network, which is already available to approximately 410,000 households.
To be closer to its customers, the company expanded its network of sales and service centers in 2025, opening new ones in MegaMall and Bagratashen. The Homplex now houses a new company store, Team Place, which brings together the products and services of Team Telecom Armenia and Team Systems.
Team Group companies, including Georgian SkyTel and Irish Imagine, have also achieved success in the telecommunications sector. Imagine announced a rebranding with new goals and a new mission. During the year, the first joint project with Team was implemented – a football match, marking a new stage in the company's history.
In 2025, Team Telecom Armenia, as part of its corporate social responsibility projects, also supported the development of education, science, and technology. The company supported such successful projects as "Science Week: Armenia," DigiTec, Tech Week, Sevan Startup Summit, Koreez, and others.
2025 also marked the launch of another large-scale Team project – the group of companies entered the energy sector. In the Gegharkunik region, a group of companies commissioned a solar power plant with an annual output of 16 million kWh.
Team Pay, a subsidiary of Team Group, introduced a new offering during the year, introducing a digital VISA card and launching the "Benefits" program, which includes six new solutions and user benefits, expanding the digital payments ecosystem.
Team Energy continued to expand its network of electric vehicle charging stations in 2025, bringing their total to over 200. The company's 240 kW fast charging stations are already available both in the capital and in the regions.
Team Systems designed and installed a Microchip structured cabling system in 2025, strengthening its position in the market for advanced technical and engineering solutions.
Team Solutions also marked the year by digitally transforming the Zangezur community: a unified platform was created where calls, emails, and social media messages are managed in a single system. The company also developed a system for the automatic exchange of tax information and continues to implement new digitalization projects for the public and private sectors. > Murad: For Yerevan Hotel, 2025 was a year of affirming high standards: the hotel switched to the international Opera Property Management system and received an official certificate of compliance with Small Luxury Hotels standards.
Buy.am expanded its partner network by acquiring over 130 new partners and launched Apple Pay payments, simplifying the shopping process for thousands of customers.
Team Construct strengthened its position in the construction and design sector by acquiring 14 new partners and implementing large-scale projects, including AI9, the COAF football pitch, and the new Pinky Pink spaces.
Team Logistics continued to expand its fleet with electric vehicles and launched regular cargo transportation to Europe, expanding the connection between the Armenian and EU markets.
Service Hub relocated customer service teams from five international companies to Armenia in 2025, creating new jobs and ensuring service quality that meets international standards.
Another significant achievement of the year was the issuance of Team Holding bonds, which opened up new opportunities in the investment market, with the bond placement completed ahead of schedule.
