YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. The robotics program will be implemented in 40 municipal kindergartens in Yerevan this year. In the future, it will be included in the main program of kindergartens.

“The pilot educational program on robotics, implemented in 10 Yerevan kindergartens, has proven its effectiveness and will become the main one. Considering the additional workload, educators working under the program were awarded a bonus of 100% of their salary last month,” the press service of the capital’s mayor’s office said in a statement.

It is noted that a retraining program for educators, which is being implemented by the Yerevan Mayor’s Office jointly with the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, will be launched in the near future.
