The Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia announces the pre-launch (testing) of a website for obtaining and terminating RA citizenship - mcs-citizenship.am.

YEREVAN, October 7. /ARKA/. The Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia announces the pre-launch (testing) of a website for obtaining and terminating RA citizenship - mcs-citizenship.am.

According to the announcement, starting January 1, 2026, applications will be accepted and queues will be scheduled exclusively through the e-governance system (mcs-citizenship.am).

Applicants will be able to:

• register on the online platform,

• create, edit, and submit a preliminary application for obtaining/terminating RA citizenship,

• select a date for their visit to the Migration Service - no earlier than January 22, 2026.

At a certain stage of the administrative process, applicants will be required to personally visit the Migration Service office once for physical identification and verification of original documents. -0-
