Discussions on potential collaboration between Armenia and American technology firm Analog Devices held at Engineering City

The Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, met with Vincent Roche, the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Analog Devices Inc. (ADI), to explore partnership opportunities and the advancement of long-term initiatives within the high-tech sector.
YEREVAN, October 17. /ARKA/. The Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, met with Vincent Roche, the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Analog Devices Inc. (ADI), to explore partnership opportunities and the advancement of long-term initiatives within the high-tech sector.
The meeting occurred yesterday at Engineering City, located on the outskirts of Yerevan, which serves as an innovative hub for engineering and high-tech enterprises in Armenia, as reported by the ministry's press service.

During the meeting, the minister congratulated Roche on receiving the 16th Armenia Prize for Global Contribution to High Technology and presented the strategic programs of the Armenian government aimed at fostering the high-tech sector.
Hayrapetyan elaborated on the country's technological ecosystem, the potential of its human resources, and the prospects of the industry, highlighting the significance of nurturing local innovation, developing new solutions, and engaging in research.

In response, Roche expressed his enthusiasm regarding the potential for collaboration with Armenia, particularly in the fields of engineering systems, semiconductor production, and artificial intelligence. Both leaders affirmed their commitment to enhancing their partnership and pursuing long-term high-tech projects. As per the press release, the CEO of ADI was given a guided tour of Engineering City.
He was acquainted with the infrastructure of Engineering City, the operations of the technology firms based there, their projects, and innovative solutions. A star named in honor of Roche was installed in Engineering City.
