Armenian schoolboy Gevorg Grigoryan won bronze at the first international AI Olympiad, which was held on September 8-12 in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports reported.
YEREVAN, September 13. /ARКА/. Armenian schoolboy Gevorg Grigoryan won bronze at the first international AI Olympiad, which was held on September 8-12 in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports reported.
Armenia was represented at the Olympiad by 11th and 10th grade students from Yerevan Physics and Mathematics Specialized School, STEM High School of Yerevan State University and Foton Gymnasium in Gyumri.
The Olympiad, which was attended by 90 students from 25 countries, was held in 2 stages - theoretical and practical.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, 105 students from 12 educational institutions of the country took part in other international Olympiads, winning 6 gold, 17 silver and 35 bronze medals. -0--
