Armenian government interested in implementation of new investment projects of Emerson-NI conglomerate

YEREVAN, March 10. /ARKA/. The Armenian government is interested in the implementation of new investment programs of the American industrial conglomerate Emerson-NI, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a meeting with Emerson-NI President Ritu Favre in Yerevan on Monday.
The sides discussed issues related to the improvement of investment climate and development of high technology in Armenia, the government's press service reported.
Pashinyan highlighted the activities of Emerson-NI Company in Armenia and emphasized that consistent development of high technologies is one of the priorities of the Armenian government.
It was noted that Emerson-NI closely cooperates with Yerevan State University and National Polytechnic University of Armenia in training highly qualified personnel.
The head of Emerson-NI emphasized the great potential of the Armenian youth and stated that the company will continue to be active in Armenia. In this regard, she emphasized the importance of close cooperation with the Armenian government.
