Armenia can be considered as a promising direction, considering the technological potential of the country, said the senior vice president for development of the American company Oracle Corporation Matt Beal at a meeting with the deputy minister of high-tech industry Ruben Simonyan.

During the meeting held within the framework of the World Mobile Congress (MWC), which started on March 2 in Barcelona, ​​Simonyan presented the vision of the Armenian government in the field of high technologies, the strategic priorities of the development of the industry and the programs implemented in this direction, the press service of the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry reports.

He noted that Armenia strives to form a competitive technological ecosystem integrated into international markets.

Beal, in turn, presented the programs of Oracle Corporation in the field of digital management, noting that the company actively cooperates with the governments of various countries in the issues of digitalization of state systems, effective data management and improvement of the quality of public services.
