Armenia is discussing the creation of a unified call and chat center system based on artificial intelligence for state and municipal services.
YEREVAN, February 2. /ARKA/. Armenia is discussing the creation of a unified call and chat center system based on artificial intelligence for state and municipal services.
As RA Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan reported on Facebook, this topic was discussed on Friday at his meeting with representatives of the "AI Call Center" community and Nerses Yeritsyan, Director of the Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA). Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry Ruben Simonyan also participated.
According to Hayrapetyan, the meeting focused on the design and implementation of a unified AI-based call and chat center system as part of a joint initiative between the Ministry of High-Tech Industry and ISAA. Market research results, possible technical solutions, information security, and personal data protection were also discussed.
The project envisages the creation of a unified platform comprising a chatbot, a voice agent, a live operator environment, and an administrative module.
The system is planned to operate in both Armenian and English and will be designed to provide accurate, 24/7 service to citizens in accordance with Armenian legislation.
