A $110 million worth Dalan Tech Park to be built in Armenia was presented today. The project is coordinated by Enterprise Armenia Fund, the government-authorized body to assist and facilitate investments in Armenia.

$110 million worth Dalan Tech Park to be built in Armenia presented in Yerevan

YEREVAN, May 10. /ARKA/. A $110 million worth Dalan Tech Park to be built in Armenia was presented today. The project is coordinated by Enterprise Armenia Fund, the government-authorized body to assist and facilitate investments in Armenia.

Enterprise Armenia CEO Levon Hovhannisyan said at the event that this center will have a special significance both in terms of investments and its expected impact on development of technological environment in Armenia.

In particular, according to him, it will boost cooperation between leading Armenian and world organizations. The construction of the center is expected to kick off in June 2022 and the commissioning is scheduled for 2026.

The unique multifunctional technological center with the total area of 158 thousand square meters will be the first building in the region that will meets BOMA Class A construction standards. The project will be realized on the basis of LEED certification standards.

The center will host a hotel, a green zone, sport and scientific-educational centers, commercial and office premises and an underground parking for 1000 cars. --0--
