Armenian team wins third place at cybersecurity championship at SPIEF
YEREVAN, June 19. /ARKA/. A team from Armenia has won the third place at the international championship on repelling cyber threats within the framework of the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2023).
The Armenian team Kerambit scored 924 points out of 1,000 possible. The first and second places were taken by two Russian teams: Cyber Oil Defendance (975 points) and You Shall Not Pass (974 points), TASS reported.
At the championship, 40 teams from 20 countries practiced international cooperation and competed against hackers.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is the largest economic forum in Russia. In 2023, it is taking place from June 14 to 17; the main theme of the business program is "Sovereign development - the basis of a just world. Let us unite our efforts for the sake of future generations". -0—
